About OpFlow
Who we are
Keiran Rodgers
Founder
Keiran has spent most of his career at the intersection of people and technology. From running his own IT coaching businesses to coordinating systems, projects, and process improvement in the bookkeeping industry, he has always been drawn to the same problem: people spending too much time on tasks that a well-built system could handle for them.
Before OpFlow, Keiran worked across recruitment, healthcare administration, marketing, and IT support. In every role, he saw the same pattern. Small businesses running on manual processes, re-entering data between systems, chasing follow-ups by hand, and losing hours every week to admin that adds no value. He built OpFlow because he knew those businesses deserved the same tools that larger companies take for granted, without the enterprise price tag.
Keiran's approach is hands-on. He works directly with every client. There is no account manager layer. The person who reviews your workflows is the same person who builds your automations and ensures they keep running. He believes the best results come from understanding how a business actually operates day to day, not from selling a product and moving on.
Keiran is based in the Hunter region of NSW and works with businesses across Australia. Everything he does can be delivered entirely online, so location is never a barrier.
Business automation in Newcastle and the Hunter
OpFlow is based in Shortland, Newcastle. We work with small businesses across the Hunter region and across Australia, and we understand the kinds of businesses that make up this part of NSW: trades, professional services, health practices, accountants, real estate agencies, and owner-operated businesses of all shapes.
The automations we build most often for Newcastle and Hunter businesses tend to follow familiar patterns:
- Invoice reminders sent automatically when payment is overdue in Xero or MYOB
- New enquiry follow-ups sent within minutes of a form submission, before a competitor picks up the phone
- Weekly business reports generated and delivered without anyone touching a spreadsheet
- Onboarding documents and welcome emails sent as soon as a new client is added to your system
- Job completion notifications and review requests sent automatically after work is done
